KRSS faced growing frustration with how ZOHO organised contact data. Although ZOHO was an improvement over previous systems, which include Goldmine/QuoteWerks, spreadsheets and documents, it was still difficult to manage. In addition, they were using separate marketing tools for email. They needed a more scalable solution to support their expanding operations. The lack of integration resulted in fragmented customer data, hindering their ability to efficiently track outreach efforts and causing inefficiencies across the organisation.

HubSpot's comprehensive CRM platform was suggested to KRSS to effectively tackle these challenges.
Data Migration and System Integration - Meticulously transferred existing customer data to HubSpot, ensuring data integrity remained intact. Seamlessly integrated HubSpot with essential tools, including email marketing platforms, which was eventually moved into HubSpot.
Workflow Configuration and Automation - Customised sales pipelines to align with KRSS's unique sales stages. Crafted targeted automated marketing campaigns for specific customer segments. Implemented service ticketing to elevate customer support management.
