The previous CRM system was cumbersome, outdated, and not user-friendly, preventing Emerald Park from harnessing its full potential. In 2023, they launched a new website and needed to integrate it with their existing CRM. The integration process was fraught with challenges, and the automated workflows were disrupted. These challenges highlighted the urgent necessity for a more advanced and user-friendly system.
